Happy, Healthy Mama's = HAPPY HOUSEHOLDS!
We understand motherhood is a crazy time and things can get a little unhinged!?! We can forget who we are, what we're doing (multiple times a day) and what the point of this whole journey called life is sometimes - it's NORMAL!!!
But amongst it all we need to make sure we have 2 things covered daily:
- An outfit at the ready when we're rushing out the door and...
- Sharing belly laughs, either with our kids or (if we're lucky enough to see another adult during our day) other unhinged parents at school-dropoff or the stranger at the grocery shop.
